this was my first pandora purchase. The staff made the experience very enjoyable, paid attention to detail like my birthday. The service was very exceptional and I will be going back again.

The manager who helped me out was so lovely! The exchange process for my bracelet was so quick and easy. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. All of the associates were extremely friendly and the store was immaculate in cleanliness and sanitation.
