The young lady was professional she explained everything to us what is what and about all the pendants that I was looking at and she was very nice and you can hear her talk clearly to you she show you different pendants that would look nice on your bracelet

Loved the service I got. The choice of merchandise was unbelievable. The sale staff was remarkably knowledgeable.

When we walked in were immediately greeted and helped. The associate that helped us was very nice, patient and knew about the merchandise. One of the other associates complimented my girlfriends shoes and talked to us about other things making the experience more enjoyable.

The sale manager was very knowledge and very helpful..

Store was very clean organized and employees were very friendly and helpful in spite of the pandemic. I was able to exchange items that I had ordered during the pandemic

The associate was very helpful and nice. Even helped teaching me how to get my charms to shine back. Knew my name and what I was previously looking for in the store letting me know it still hasn’t arrived.

The signs for safety and social distance were well displayed. Was greeted immediately upon entering store by Ashley, the sales Associate. The level of knowledge Ashley had on all the products including showing my daughter placement of charms for stability and better display. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that.
