The sales associate Amanda was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise we were purchasing. As we came in to purchase a gift for a friend she informed us of a sale that they were having which we did not know about resulting in a purchase of everything we were going to wait until later to get. Amanda was super pleasant and personable.

The knowledge of the sale associate was great. I would really like a little bigger selection of charms. Very happy that we have a Pandora store close by.

I’m visiting a close friend so she took me to the mall as I needed new clothes because my luggage was lost. We walked into Pandora because I wanted a FL travel charm. Amanda B and Heather B greeted us immediately and knew exactly what I wanted. They really helped brighten my day and they were so friendly. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience. Staff at Tyrone is amazing, Very welcoming, and constantly checks on you to make sure you are doing ok. I will return anytime.
