I was looking for Florida charms for so long. I walked into this Pandora store and found not one but three!! The associate was so helpful. I’ve bought bracelets and charms here before and I shell buy more in the future.

I just love Pandora my birthday just passed and my boyfriend bought me my first Pandora bracelet and charms so you know that was exciting the store was really nice and the people there was friendly and nice so I'm just overly satisfied with everything because I always wanted a Pandora bracelet

I was able to get in and out on my lunch break. The sales associate directed me to exactly what I wanted and was very friendly and helpful. The sales associate knew exactly what size bracelet I needed by looking at a picture I had with me and it was the perfect fit for my best friend which was given as a gift and she was not there to try it on.

The store was well stocked with merchandise. All of the associates were friendly. The person that helped me (Leira) was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and fun to talk to about Pandora. Leira delivered excellent customer service and should be recognized for her customer service.
