I was looking for a unique charm and the sales representative came up with the perfect suggestion. I loved the charm so much that I not only bought one as a gift but bought one for myself as well because this particular charm of St. Petersburg, Florida is only sold in this particular store and I am on vacation here at the moment.

Sales Associates were very helpful showing me all the items I was looking at a couple times, even showed me something sold out in the store, but available at other stores, told me about the discounts and items on sale.

I was so highly satisfied because the staff was knowledgeable. She helped me pick out my charms for the bracelet I selected to honor my father.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me find the right size for the bracelet I wanted. Since I was vacationing I probably will not visit that particular store again.
