Gabriella offered a cleaning kit with my purchase and she was very friendly about me changing my mind on what I wanted to get.

the charms I wanted were in stock. They were on sale. I didn't have to wait to be served.

The sales associate was very nice to me and I saw her twice as I came back the next day to exchange the charm because my mother had the same charm already. She was very understanding and helped me pick out another charm that she would still like for Christmas. I’ve been a customer for pandora for many years I love it

I enjoyed the salesperson Lily. I did not enjoy the manager walking over to come over & be so obvious with her NOSEY ROSEY attitude. This was my first visit to this Pandora Store. Never had a manager be so obvious! I have worked in retail...I understand commisions....I understand sales....
