Pandora Jewelry

The sales person knew I was looking for a 1st anniversary gift and a birthday gift as well. She guided me to the quality I was looking for. I'll be going back for New Years. : )

Sales associate was great

I enjoyed the visit im a big pandora lover. Service was guest was terrific in helping me find what i need. And the store was a in and out vidit.

Although there were only two associates available, I got great service and didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision even though other customers were in the shop.

I found exactly what I wanted to purchase, and the staff made me aware of a special Pandora event on the enameled bangle bracelets. They were so good at their jobs, that I purchased 5 of the bangle bracelets and love them.

The sales associate that assisted me, Elizabeth, went above and beyond my expectations. I had recently purchased a Pandora bracelet elsewhere which turned out to be one size too big. I only went into the store to peruse the items I might want I to purchase in the future. However, Elizabeth saw that it was too big and, without my receipt or any other proof-of-purchase, offered to exchange it for the correct size. I was simply astounded by her offer and exceptional customer service. So much so, that I purchased a few items without having any plan to do so. She has a customer for life!

The salesperson, Jamie, was very attentive, bringing out trays of rings for me to try on that were new since I had last been there.

I found what I wanted very quickly.

Buying jewelry is exciting. Sales associate was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Every option I considered was in shock. Beautiful store.
