I was buying a bracelet for my daughter's 21st birthday. I had great help putting together a bracelet for her. They helped me choose a great bracelet and charms that met my daughter's interests. The bracelet is very special.

We have shopped at this Pandora store many times. Every time we are there we are greeting by very knowledgable sales people who listen to what we want and help us to find it. We have also had to return items and that has been done with ease.

The salesperson was extremely gentle and helpful. I had issues with the product I bought and she made the exchange easy and quick. She also knew a lot about the products and helped me figuring out the best option for me.

That is one of my favorite stores I enjoy going and Pandora I love when I come in and I get good customer service and people take out time to show me other things .

Sales associate was dismissive when I explained that I was looking for a bracelet for my child. She was not interested in helping us make a selection. I also asked to see a necklace which she held up but did not offer for me to try on or encourage me in any way to purchase. She was cold and unengaged.

It was a phone order. The offered gift black slide bracelet was no longer available. Thus is a common problem. If you offer a gift item you should have enough for all buyers. I do not blame the store or the staff. They are very good. I think it’s a problem with the parent company. At least, offer a rain check and make the item available in the future. I have spent thousands on Pandora products!
