Catalog book said ring I purchased was $50 but when associate rang it up, the price had just gone up and was in system already but they did not have updated caralig with those prices. Don't think it's fair to already up prices in system when buyers and associates aren't even aware of price increase. Should not up price to buyers until new catalig is out and updated. I feel I should of gotten ring for what is was in book and also that's what the associate told me. That is poor customer service on Pandoras end.

When you walk in the store not one of the associates acknowledge that we were there but once they began to help us, they were very friendly.

I signed in. Was next on list.Three other people did not sign in. Were waited on . Waited over 25 mintutes. Knew what I wanted but told had to wait while customer was using phone to check what person wanted.Left store finally.

Last year I was turned away from the Pandora Ridgedale store because I had a return from Las Vegas; the manager told me the stores were franchised and I couldn't return there although the Las Vegas store told me I could. This past week I bought a charm as a gift at the Ridgedale store. I wanted to clarify that returns could only be done at this store and the sales clerk said "oh no, you can return anywhere". When I told her about my LV experience she said she should maybe check out the policy further. You think???? You can't just go telling people anything you think they want to hear without knowing the policy!!!

In Philadelphia at the Pandora store in the airport, I purchased Spring Bird Hoops (46719118000) from Salesperson #89909. After returning home to Minnesota and wearing the hoops just two times, I noticed that the silver was dull and that I couldn't keep the earrings shiny, even with the polishing cloth that I purchased. I took the earrings to your store in Minnetonka with the hope that at a different pair of Spring Bird Hoops would be shiny, but I learned from the manager that these earrings are oxidized and will not stay silver. I asked for a refund but was told that I could only make an exchange. I found lesser priced hoops that I don't like nearly as much, and was given a credit for the difference, that I won't use. My concerns: 1) Why wasn't I told these earrings were oxidized? 2) Why can't I make a refund, or get cash back for the difference?

I had to wait over 30 minutes for assistance. My name got skipped on the list. The associate said I wasn’t missed. Then the next associate skipped me again. Other patrons had to tell her I was next. The store was way too crowded and they were short staffed. If I purchase again, it will only be online or at another location.

I received a mailing for a promotion that included a bangle with the purchase of $125.00 or more. I purchased the Ice Crystal pendant in sterling silver. I was told by the sales associate that they ran out of the bangles on the first day of the promotion. I am just very disappointed that the supply of bangles ran out so quickly. I bought the pendant anyway, but it kind of defeated the purpose of my purchase. It would have been nice to have been given a credit equal to the price of the bangle or gotten one when more came in at a later date.
