Very friendly and cooperative sales representatives.

Grace at the Ridgedale store in Minnetonka was very helpful. I was looking for a new bangle and she helped me pick just what I wanted. I also had a question about a bracelet I had received as a gift, and the staff helped me with that as well.

Our sales lady was extremely helpful, sweet and kind as were others that were working in this store during that time.

The woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of information about the purchase I made (as a gift). I've had a Pandora bracelet for a number of years and didn't know much of what she told me. I also loved that I was able to make my purchase during a sale....I was able to purchase all the things that were needed for the beginnings of a bracelet. She also offered information and wasn't pushy.

I came in on Black Friday and the store was hectic but the sales associates were well organized and prepared. When I was next to get helped, the lady was so sweet and kind which totally made the wait for assistance worth it. The lady was also very sincere and took her time with me, even with the long line of customers waiting for help. I did not feel rushed at all. Also can we talk about how cute your jewelry is!
