Display were inviting. Staff was friendly and attentive. Merchandise continues to be high quantity and creative.

I was shopping for the same gift for my daughters. Different sizes were needed. The initial sales associate, as well as the second associate looked in all the display cases and containers, multiple times for one of the sizes (the other was available). I truly appreciated the effort versus being told sorry we don’t have it. Unfortunately the size could not be found. However, we were informed we could exchange sizes through the end of January.

Kimmie was very friendly and super nice. All the staff were so nice and greeted everyone on this busiest day. I'm am so satisfied on what I got but need to remember to look for a store when on vacation in other states. I wanted something to Represent that I went to Arizona. I did get the Dreamcatcher, and shooting star.

I am highly satisfied because my order that I purchased online came back a small size I called customer service and they took care of me right away they said that I can go into the store personally and have it changed so I went to the store and they took really good care of me no problems at all she answered my questions and I will highly recommend Pandora to everyone
