Arrived and employees greeted me and my husband. One of the employees that was at teh door took us right in to assist, his name was Devin. He was very knowledgeable.

The sales associate, Jeany, was very well versed with all the merchandise. She was very friendly and easy to talk. I went during Black Friday, so I was expecting it to be crazy, but it was actually the most organized store I went to that day.

I bought a necklace for my sons girlfriend for Christmas. Sales lady was very helpful and friendly. The necklace was on sale, which was helpful. The necklace is beautiful I’m sure she will love it. I love pandora jewelry, I have many rings, and necklaces and bracelets. I’m very happy with the quality of the jewelry.

My sales associate was extremely helpful and patient in helping me select the charms for my first bracelet. The only feedback I would have for the store is to have charms and bracelets more accessible for sales associates instead of having to search drawers up and down to find certain charms.

Devin is extremely friendly and helpful. He always takes the time to add the charms to my bracelets, even if it means he has to work overtime.

Madison was an excellent sales associate. I was unsure what I wanted to purchase from my daughter’s 31st birthday. She was very helpful and I also bought stuff for Christmas gifts why I was there. Your store employees for a very patient with other customers who were there who had unruly children. It took all I had not to say something.

The sales associate was amazing and knew EVERYTHING about the ring we purchased and even gave us helpful cleaning and care tips! My very first time in the store.

Shelby and all of the associates were very helpful and friendly! I think I spoke to just about everyone that was working that day and they all provided feedback on what I should purchase. They all assisted in finding what I was looking for. I honestly don't typically get this great of customer service when I am shopping so I was very pleased.
