I called to ask about a ring size for a particular ring. The customer service was excellent. When I arrived at the store I was greeted and helped immediately. I always have a great experience at the store and I love the jewelry!

I was very happy with the merchandise that I saw and after adding it to my collection of charms was very pleased with my purchase. I saw a lot of really nice things besides charms that I liked too. I ended up also purchasing a pair of earrings and am very pleased with them also.

I was impressed with the easy exchange of my broken charm. Sales associate, Devon, was most accommodating when I called the store with my concern. He had a note for when I stopped in to exchange my charm. Most pleasant experience.

The store is easy to manuever in and the sales associates are friendly and offer assistance quickly. The prices were put on the items and easily found when looking. The selection of merchandise is always great and associates are very helpful in finding different sizes, allowing you to see and try the merchandise prior to purchase and not being pushy in pursuit of a sale.
