Salesperson: Haley R. was able to assist me with a braclet for Disney charms I received as a gift. I also purchased additional charms for my bracelet She showed me how to add them and how to keep charm braclet clean This was my 1st time in a Pandora store,

Overall it was an easy and pleasant experience. Experienced no problems.

Women was very helpful with getting the items I was interested in purchasing an explaining that if the bracelet is the wrong size that with a receipt within 30 days can return it.

Shelby and her team are the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have dealt with in jewelry stores. Always pleasant and come up with great ideas for wearing the pieces. They always know what coordinating pieces go with the item you are purchasing. Big plus for me as I like my jewelry to match and be cohesive. I always walk out of there with many more items than I anticipated to buy! Can't wait to visit them again!
