I really wanted a bracelet that did not turn and didn't make too much noise while typing at work. The cuff was the answer and the sales associate offered many choices and showed me many different looks patiently. It was the weekend before Valentine's Day and the associate did not rush me to make a decision which I appreciated.

I was buying my 9 year old granddaughter her first charms. The sales associate was very patient and thorough with her. She put the charms on her bracelet and made my granddaughter feel very special.
