I was highly satisfied because right when we walked in they greeted me. They also asked how my day was going and if I needed help. I explained to them what we was looking for and they found it right on spot.

My sales rep was very friendly and helpful. My jewelry was cleaned in a very timely fashion. The new merchandise is beautiful.

I went into the store to purchase a Christmas Gift for one of my granddaughters, which I did. I knew she want a animal and the sales girl pulled out about 4 or 5 and I was happy to see a dauphin. I also got my granddaughter a spacer in purple stones which she will love.

I was waited on immediately upon walking in the store and the sales person knew exactly what merchandise I was looking for. Quick and easy purchase.

Store was Beatuiful/Bright/Appealing/ Sales staff had two very new employees and Shelby who was experienced was training each of them while using me as her tool. She was Outstanding!!! Friendly staff. Staff were knew the products well and were familiar with their stock at the time of my visit. All staff were eager to help during my visit and were super in offering suggestions. Offered upsale opportunities that met my needs.
