Amazing customer service!! I had called about getting a ring put on hold and when I had arrived it was waiting for me! The associate(I forgot her name but she was amazing) with the # 160441 was amazing and very polite! She also helped me pick out a stackable band to go with the ring. She made my experience there pain free and easy! She was awesome and I will be returning and asking for her in the future!

The assistant of the sales personal is very generous.

Great product, friendly customer service

The employees were very friendly. They were more than willing to help me choose a charm for my mom's birthday. When i wanted a specific charm, both women worked together to locate the last one in the store.

I thought the price for the necklace I bought was a little high for the quality it has.

Email receipts are missing the bar code info so I can’t do the purchase survey for the $10 off.

There was a line in which customers were to wait outside the store, but an individual cut infront of me pretending to just be checking out the merchandise inside the store and when an associate became available that individual was attended to first instead of me. No one from the store was enforcing the wait outside in line rule and I did not feel like making a seen with that other customer. This part of the Pandora experience I did not like!

I don’t here often, but I got a great gift for my mother and my mother in law. There was a bit of commotion when I was there,but I’m sure it is the season :)
