Pandora Jewelry

I visited a pandora store and hand picked out a bracelet and several charms to make it unique and to my liking. My bill was a bit expensive but I was overall pleased with the final product. I left the store and returned back home approximately 50 miles away and when I arrive home. Of course I looked at the bracket I purchased and realized that a charm was missing. It turned out that because me and the associates were looking through so many charms and products that she forgot to put 1 purchase charm on the bracket that I purchased.

Two rings I was looking for were not in stock

Long wait, was ignored for others who arrived after me. Didn’t have items I had asked about prior to visit. Sales associate couldn’t even remember what all I had asked for.

The selection for the sale was so small and the amount was also little to nothing available on second day of sale

Need to carry more inventory in larger sizes

They didn’t have the merchandise I really plan to purchase. It’s been several months and they still don’t have a variety of clips or safety chains

I felt like no associate wanted to take care of us. It was finally the Assistant Manager who offered assistance.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because the Marvel Infinity ring was not available. I waited to get the ring until I was home from college and now it is not available anywhere and with a long waitlist.
