They did not have the sizes I wanted in the rings

It was a great experience but I think the problem I had was more with the entrance to the store and the line especially since no one was controlling it people were too close. The associate was great and very helpful.

Staff are professional, store is clean

I asked for a necklace and was only told one option as far as a chain. When I got home and was looking through the catalog I noticed many more options I wasn’t given.

The associates outside the store we friendly and welcoming. The associate we were directed to seemed uninterested in either being there or with her job in general, hard to say. It felt like we were bothering her.

Wanted to return two rings 1 lost stones the other tarnished in a day...was told i couldn't return them which made me annoyed.

Did not have a big selection. Did not have ring size or earrings i wanted to buy. When i asked what else do you have i was shown a plastic container with tiny earrings.

Felt very rushed during this visit. didn't get a chance to really look at everything. Was made to feel slightly like an inconvenience than an appreciated customer.

I am highly satisfied because I was greeted at the door with a positive attitude from the associate standing at the door. She was sincere to my questions and quickly helped me to solve my reason for my visit.
