I was very happy with my items I got and the knowledge of the associate who helped me. I was suprised to not get an email letting me know new Disney was out!

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I am satisfied with my purchase. My only issue is that I asked for the cleaning kit and I didn't receive it. I didn't realize this until I got home.

Wasn’t told the price of the upgraded bracelet until after purchased and saw the amount on my receipt. I asked if the bracelet I wanted qualified and was told yes. Not that it would be $45 more.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase today. I always come the park city pandora to buy all my rigs and beads. Everyone is friendly.

The only thing i like to see is more necklaces coming in a set. As opposed to buying every piece individually. I guess more bundles being featured would be nice.

My sale associate Maddie was very nice and she knew about the product I was looking for. I definitely will be back to visit her.

Collection pieces were not available. Not a big variety

I got a sterling silver ring and it was completely tarnished with two days after purchase! I went back to return it and could only get a different ring! Now I’m worried it will tarnish too

Both employees were with customers, Had to wait to enter the store which was fine, but to be acknowledged that I was there would have been nice
