I only needed a cleaning product so didn’t spend time viewing other items

I was looking for some gift kids but they don't have it any at the moment

The sales associate was very nice, but was rather blunt and to-the-point about helping me. She did not know that my ring with a chain and pink heart were from Pandora, so she almost did not offer to clean it. However, I had a mostly pleasant experience.

No comment for I am satisfied.

The person assisting us was not very informed about what costs hows much, she had to keep checking somewhere else. Also the additional charms that we wanted were all out of stock which was very disappointing.

The sales associate was not organized she had multiple items from previous customers that needed to be put away. She was not educated on what the sales were for the day. She was scatter brained everywhere. I will not return to the Lancaster Pa store but I will return to a different Pandora store.

It wasn't anyone's fault. It was the day after Christmas so it was crazy busy, and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes before someone was available to help me.

Not enough charms in stock. Was told I had a 15 min wait when there wasn’t a line and I wasn’t allowed in the store until my name was called- therefore I took longer to decide on my purchase.

My experience was fine until I got 50 emails for a Pandora feedback survey. Unacceptable
