Pandora Jewelry

Pandora was running a special where if u buy a certain bracelet, you would receive a beautiful Pink Pandora jewelry box. Well i ended up choosing a different bracelet, but my sales associate still honored me with the box, after i explained how much i really like it, very thoughtful!

I was looking for rings for my mom. The only reason I would say that I was not highly satisfied was that they didn't have the ring I was looking for in several sizes. Although they were super friendly. I do wish they carried more rings in the store because this happened before, but it isn't the end of the world!

When I entered the store, there were no associates available for assistance. I was unsure where to go/who to talk to to initiate my charm purchase.

Kaitlin was an excellent help - very patient very professional- did an excellent job - Having worked in retail sales/ customer I wish the rest of the staff were welcoming and engaging- instead they were all preoccupied with inputting inventory data- I understand that is a necessary - but had Kaitlin not been willing to help I may not have not only made a purchase - but may have never returned to the store

I bought a bracelet that had a defective clasp and need to return it for an exchange however the exchange will be in a smaller size due to availability.

I made my purchase Thanksgiving Weekend and got 25% off. I bought 2 charms as a gift and neither was liked by the recipient. I came back with the recipient so she could pick out what she wanted herself and was hoping I would still get the 25% off since it was an exchange and not a new purchase but I did not.

This store was hot and did not have enough sale people help especially after a Holiday and had limited merchandise.

There was a long wait. Was told would be texted. Did not receive text.

Sales associate was very nice and helpful!

When asked to view animal charms only three were pulled to show us, not an entire tray
