Jewelry is very beautiful and stylish for all ages women

The store size and displays made the store a little difficult to walk around when other customers are there. The quality of the merchandise is excellent but prices are slightly higher than I anticipated. There were only three sales associates and I had to wait a short while to be helped.

I wanted to see all the new 2018 Holiday charms but i felt that just a couple were pointed out to me among all the holiday charms and when I got home I looked on the Pandora website and saw all the 2018 holiday charms and I was definitely not shown all of them at the store.

The product I was looking for was not available. Another product I liked size wasn’t available.

Bought a pandora bracelet for my daughter's birthday as a gift for her; told needed separators for her bracelet; however, they are $100 each! That would have added $200 to the purchase of the bracelet which is a bit much; otherwise, my experience was very good

The only thing that I may complain about is how she kept insisting I get a pandora credit card , after I kindly told her I couldn’t . But she pushed it way to much, but other than that good visit

I was told my bracelet would listen up as I wore it. Was concerned it was to tight. Took home to add my charms and got even tighter. I had to go back a second time to find out the problem. Thanks to Devin after 20 minutes of trying to see what was going on, we checked the bracelet and was not the size I paid for. I was given an 18 when it was a 19 I wanted. Was a bit upset about that but Devin fixed it. I think associates should double check sizes always and not assume. Thank you

So often the charms that I select are not available. Especially when there is a promotion going on. Seems to me that more need to be in each store.

Clerks were very knowledgeable. Store is clean. Clerks are friendly.

Because i odered a brasalet and two charm and know they said is not on the comouter when i have confirmation number
