Well I had a charm that I wanted to have fixed because it broke off and I was told Pandora doesn't do repairs, but I was under the impression that your products had a lifetime warranty.

Wish they would show more selection of charms. Only a few are available to see. And that they would polish charms before placing on brackets. The other store I frequent dies,and it looks,much nicer considering what we,are paying for our charms.

The sales associate should’ve offered a ring box. This is the second time that I shopped at this specific Pandora Jewelry and wasn’t offered a jewelry box.
