I was completely satisfied. I got everything I was looking for me, my daughter and my granddaughter..

I purchased a chain for a pendant I had...the chain was too thick and heavy for the pendant, so I exchanged it for a thinner chain, the new chain was less expensive than the first chain, so I received a credit in the form of a store credit. I paid cash, only a few days before returning to the store for an exchange....I was never offered a cash refund on my balance....think this was deceptive on the sales representatives part....not happy...

Nothing happened that went above and beyond my expectations. It was a good experience.

I did love it the plave it was my first time there the only thing was it was to much pricey

I was at the store to get a 4th rose heart clip. I bought 2 after Christmas 2016, had one that would not stay clipped took it to store and they “fixed” it. A few days later it came unclipped and was lost. I went and had to buy another one, had the same problem and it was lost. I have now purchased 4 of these at $70/ea, which is ridiculous.

The sales associate failed to offer us a bag and a box for the item that I bought after I asked her two times.

I do not live close to that Pandora. I was visiting my sister last weekend so that is how we ended at that mall.

I wanted to view the Disney merchandise and it was not on display and they told me that they couldn't pull it all out. I was told a price for a piece by one sales lady and when I went to check out it was more money.

Well if I’m being honest I feel like Pandora is over priced with some charms but I’m highly satisfied with the help of Jillian, she was great.

The price for such a small item is rather high. Only reason I bought it was for a family member for Christmas.
