The associate was very helpful. She put the charms on for me. She took them off and put them on in the order that I wanted. She also explained to me about getting a credit card for the store. Very friendly! 😊

I went into this Pandora store with an idea for a charm bracelet for myself with charms regarding my grandchildren. I walked out with a beautiful bracelet that had very meaningful charms that I will wear with loving memories of them. My salesperson was awesome and helped me so much with my design.

Kristi provided exceptional service. Upon walking in a young lady offered assistance. We were looking, then Kristi came over and asked if we needed any help. She offered to clean my bracelet as we asked. Kristi and another young lady showed us the new diamond collectio. While Kristi took my bracelet to clean, i asked another associate questions on cultural charms.

Good quality jewelry for the price. Always makes a beautiful gift. I also love collecting them when I’m on vacation.
