Already bought the next charm no need to return to the store

They didn't have anymore of a specific spacer I wanted.

The sales associate was not enthusiastic to help or display options. I felt like I was being rushed to make a decision when I wanted to look at additional items in the store.

I walked in and all associates were busy. No one said anything to me and I didn’t know what to do. So I asked if there was somewhere to sign in. As that was something they did in the past to know who was next. They acted like I was crazy. They said no and that someone would be with me. I stood awkwardly in the corner of the store for awhile as people came and went out of order. There needs to be some kind of system for customers coming in. The whole experience was odd and awkward

The sale asociate was not aware of the store offers had to ask another asciate to get the deal done

Was misinformed on the email I received. Thought it was going to be shipped to my house. Called to see why it was cancelled then was told I had to pick it up in store when I called.

It was a sale not much of a selection

Well i was told over the phone product on hand to find out it wasn't. Felt rushed by associate that waited on me. Selection was not as good as usual.

Amazing sales associate very helpful and beyond friendly! but was very unaware of pricing and certain merchandise details, I was purchasing two necklaces and was told they were both 90$ each then when they were both ran up and after everything was packaged all pretty..my total came up to 265$ and that wasn’t the original pricing I was told so it was very disappointing considering that wasn’t what I could afford at the moment
