The greeter/employee made me feel like I shouldn’t of been shopping there like I wasn’t good enough I didn’t like the snooty attitude

The store manager very rude the sales associate was very good. I have pandora charge account and need to be active and store manager offer no help , last time I use it the manager on duty at that time took care of it .

They did not have the promotional bracelet for me after spending over $500

The sales rep kept pushing for us to get a ring that fit big. Tried to convince us to water it on other hand just to make the sale. Not a wide variety of things)charms and sizes.

The lady that helped me on this visit was ok. But her coworker was rushing and I felt like she wanted me to go so she can close the store. It was very rude on her part and not very friendly or helpful.

The sales associates were very unfriendly. There were very little choices for a size 9 ring. The sales associates didn't seem to care if they were there or not.

My husband bought me a bead for Christmas and he said he would not go back because the associate said they had no black and white beads and this visit I bought a black and white bead at 50 % off. He said you spend alot of money for a bead and you do not get a cute box any more. I agree. They could at least put the bead in a box.you spend enough money on the bead that is the least you could do. The little bags they put the beads in could be easily lost.

I requested to purchase a gift certificate. The sales associate was not friendly, did not offer other assistance, did not answer questions readily, and did not make eye contact. She appeared distracted.

A lot of sale items were unavailable at franchise stores had a lot more to Choose from run a sale for week items gone in 3days
