The sales associate didn't know the nature of the current sale nor could she locate my product in her inventory book. Her awareness was off and even dropped my charm before i was able to purchase it because she laid it on her inventory books pages while still looking through the book thus flinging the charm more than a couple feet from the counter. She seemed overwhelmed to say the least. She didn't make me feel welcomed. This was my first ever store visit and it might be my last unfortunately.

Well my sales person was a manager. I felt aliitle uncomfortable with her.i caught her starring at me.that was very uncomfortable. Sometimes I feel they judge you when you enter the store.I am in customer service for 19 years and would never treat any customer like that. You are to go above and beyond to satisfy your customer.

Ran out of free gift. Offered ornament in compensation. We were called and were told it would be held back. Made special trip to retreive. Then were told not available. Very unhappy with treatment.

I drove 40 miles to this location based on TV ads that with a purchase of $150 or more I would get a free bracelet. I spent $350 but did receive the free bracelet they were all gone. The add did not say while supplies lasted. Further, I should have at least received a credit for the value of the free bracelet. This was my time shopping at Pandora, but not sure I will make future purchases.

There is a current promotion related to purchasing 150$ and you get a free bangle. The store did not honor this promotion because they ran out. As a loyal customer there should have been some sort of resolution for us customers. I spent 190 and they did not fulfill their promotion. Not satisfied at all especially with the holidays. If they don’t have enough inventory then they should not promote it for the length of time. And it is still going.

I walked in to asked about if I could repair a necklace that I have as a gift from my sister, she said we don't do repairs and if I have the receipt which I don't have and I told her I have the necklace for more than a year, but it's not that, what bothers me was the way she spoke to me and how she handled it, I felt like I was bothering her and she didn't want to deal with me. Then I explained about a bracelet I bought my daughter last year for her 7th birthday. She hasn't wear it because she is in a boarding school I bought at this pandora at park city, and I wanted to know if I couldn't exchange the bracelet rose gold for a bigger size because I expend around $500 with the charms. She says No you only get 30 days. Ok fine I know that, but it was only a question because I shop at pandora often and I love it. It was just the way she handled it. I worked retail myself and have a BS in business management. I know how to treat customers and different situations. Retail is all about the customer experience, associates are the face a company, and what we do we do it with love and passion.

I came in to purchase items, but based on the employee interaction I bought only cleaning cloths and left. The employee barely let us browse, and repeatedly asked us questions or if we were ready to check out even though we told her we were browsing. She asked again and I finally admitted I didn’t know what I was looking for or if I’d purchase anything after all- and rather than show me merchandise or ask me about my likes, she gave me a book to take home and said to “come back when you know what you want” and asked again if we were ready to check out. I barely got 5 minutes in the store before feeling like I was being pushed out the door. I love Pandora as a brand, but this interaction was uncomfortable and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome to take my time or shop.

Went in solely to purchase devoted dog charm, sales associate wanted to show me something different, then wanted to argue this one not on sale. Was not overly friendly or personable and finally said to her how about you scan it and see if it’s on sale. Her name was Kimmie associate #213505 store 218286 at Park. It’s Center, Lancaster, PA

I was given attitude and rushed to decide. When I wanted to see different sizes l was given attitude because it didn’t align with her “personal recommendation.” I would’ve enjoyed a more positive experience.

When arriving to the store, our experience was fine. My friends and I wanted to purchase friendship rings. First, the associate seemed irritated we were there. Followed by a comment “maybe you should purchase different rings in case something happens” it was said rudely. Although we took some time to decide, the associate did seem frustrated. Also, one of us decided to not get two rings last minute and the associate refused to stop the transaction. I’ve never had a problem at a Pandora prior to this. I think this is very poor customer service.
