I bought a charm and the lady put it on my bracelet next morning it wasn't on me so she must have put it on wrong and now I lost my charm I just bought :(

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone in this store and made the comment about wanting a set of earring and they didn’t take me seriously. I had to tell them 3xs that I wanted to buy them right now. I was not greeted when walking in the door. But other behind me were. I was looked over while others behind me were helped! So sad , cuz if your girls would’ve played their cards right I would’ve bought war rings for ever hole in my ears (5 on one side and 6 on the other)

No concessions were offered for my inconvenience. My gift was damaged while presenting it and ruined the moment. I should have received more than an apology and new bracelet.

The associate seemed less then enthusiastic to help us she was somewhat rude and short. I spent almost $400 but would of spent more if she had a better attitude

Associates helped numerous other customers who came into the store after us before helping us. I had a basic knowledge of what I wanted when I went into the store and only needed sizing help for one item. We stood for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to help us and every time an associate finished with one customer, they welcomed a new customer who just walked in before speaking to us.

I felt like I was a bother to the associate. She was rude, in no way friendly, and seemed annoyed that I wanted to purchase a ring. She was very pushy with her verbiage, I wasn't allowed to look around, only at a hoard of rings she showed me, and was inpatient the entire time. Very very rude, and I'm disappointed I even made the purchase, but I felt like she pushed me into that as well.

I was not satisfied 1. The entrance was block with only one customer in the store 2. One manager and sales person attending one costumer while they saw me at the door.

They were sold out of all of the items that I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to buy. The sales staff (associate and I presume Manager) were not very friendly. They offered no alternatives.

The sales associate were too pushy. I felt like they weren’t listening to what I wanted and personal preferences, both were hanging up on me, felt like they just wanted to make a high sale, and sell me what they liked and wanted me to buy. It was extremely uncomfortable. I hate when that happens at retail stores. Overall, I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.
