They did not have either of the charms I was looking for. I understand things run out of stock but the sales associate was not very apologetic and didn't really offer a solution. I asked if it was possible to order the charms because it was 35% off in store and only 25% off online and her response was that they would have to call their sister store and it would take a week or 2 with the holiday. She didn't proactively offer to do it for me.

Sales associate was not very helpful with the exchange, made it seam very inconvenient for her.

Yes I was in the store waiting on someone to wait on me they bypass me.and they were in the store three of them just talking. I was just standing there waiting for them to wait on me.

I had gone into the store earlier this month and the manager kindly told me to wait to make my purchase because there was a big sale coming up soon I was very pleased that shared this information I returned for the sale when I entered the store the manager recognized me I went to make my purchase only to find out the prices had been raised I was extremely annoyed but the woman that had quoted the original price was unwilling to give me the quoted price I may add the old books with the old prices were still on the counter I reluctantly made the purchase with regret I am waiting for the district manager to return my call the sales woman was not as patient as I feel she should be I think the prices in the book should be honored I feel cheated I will hesitate to return to that store!

Great website; however, inventory at the store was terrible! Both charms and Bangles that I wad looking for were pretty much non-existant.

I first visited the store in DE, which was great. The Park City Location in Lancaster was not good at all. They put the bracelet with the charms in one box and the DE location where I purchased my first one put in each individual box was awesome. I purchased the one for me and the other bracelet I purchased was a gift and sadly they didn't put in individual boxes. Also, with spending $125 or more you were supposed to get the free gift she rudely said they were out. I will not be shopping at this location ever again. Very disappointed with the service I received.

This has nothing to do with the store itself, or the employees in the a store. I was not happy to go in expecting to pay up to $100 per charm, and see them thrown in trays together. The appearance is sloppy, cheap looking, and not at all what I would expect to be presented with in a Pandora store.

I was not satisfied due to the rep just telling me about the pieces, instead of displaying them to me tray after tray ..
