Received a pink band from my daughter on her wedding day as a special gift , needed 1 size bigger took it into the Lancaster store and the sale person took the ring and was looking at it like inspecting it and then took it to another sales girl and was saying something and they took about 6 minutes just looking at the ring I was very confused as to what the problem was. She asked me my name my daughters name phone numbers zip codes etc to find out when it was purchased even though I told her exactly when my daughter purchased it. It seemed like such an issue and made me uncomfortable. Never treated that way at any other pandora shop

I was completely satisfied with the service at the Park City (Lancaster) Pandora store. Jeaneysa was very knowledgeable and helped my daughter and I find the perfect pieces on Christmas Eve.

Sorry I misread the answers for the questions. I was HIGHLY SATISFIED with the visit. The associate was very helpful & the charm I was seeking was available. The transaction took about 10 mins. tops from the initial contact, getting the charm put on my bracelet and paying. I will definitely return to this store.

The sales associate was helpful. The item I wanted was in stock. The associated helped me register so the item I purchased was under warranty.

I’m am very upset at the service the sales associate offered. Madison M. ( that’s the name on my receipt ) was very rude and refused to help me, I asked her about charms and prices and she kept telling me she didn’t know. I had to get my phone out and look up the prices online. I wanted to see charms that “ dangle” and she gave me no options or anything . Plus she was complaining all the time I was there about being “hungry” and wanting to leave and rolling her eyes. You should not work as a sales person if you aren’t willing to help people and treat them with respect.

I was told that I had to. Provide an email address in order to purchase my item. If I didn’t the warranty was void. If I have a receipt i have proof of a sale. How can I be denied a warranty? I do not like un solicited emails such sa the 3 I have already received. Emails are annoying I can research your products on my own I do not need spam.

Ordered something on line and was told simply to go to the nearest pandora store for the return. Would not return the item for a smaller sized bracelet because it was in a payment plan..Ended up having to keep the braclet that I bought on sale and purchase a different one also at full price would not give me the sale price ..Now I have 2 braclets.
