I entered the Park City Lancaster store with a list of five charms I wanted to see and possibly purchase. Only two were in stock.

Based off our experience at Park City, Lancaster we will no longer be customers of any Pandora location. During our visit, the manager, Devin did not seem trained for her position because she did not help us with our return. She then preceded to follow us out of the store. A friend of mine works at the other store at this same mall, so I wanted to check with another store that there were no other options for our return. Devin (following us) then inserts herself into our conversation to give us the same answer. I have worked 10 years in retail and I’ve never treated a guest this way and I’ve never seen my managers treat a guest in this way. We were completely cordial, did not cause a scene. We had just made the purchase 45 minutes ago and Devin claims the transaction couldn’t be voided. We spoke with consumer affairs and filed a case number about this situation. Corporate explained that the store IS able to process our gift card return. Highly disappointed with this stores actions and the way they treat guests during the holiday season.

Firstly she didn’t explain to me that I couldnt touch anything so I was confused. The vendor was rushing me. I asked to see rings and she showed me a few rings and I asked for a bracelet and she didn’t help at all. Worst experience and I’ve been a customer for years. Last time I go to pandora.

The sales associate was not being polite... in fact very rude. Along with annoyed that i asked to switch rings because one was bent.

I think it’s rediculous that the associates will not take out a tray of charms to look at...I know the pandora catalog like the back of my hand and I wanted to see them in person to decide what to buy...the associate told me I had to tell her what beads I wanted to see..I wanted to see them all and that was not allowed apparently...she said “I have 12 trays of beads” there is no good reason she couldnt pull out one tray at a time for me to see the beads I wanted to buy...when I looked around the store, there were other customers looking at trays of beads!!!...I don’t know if I was being discriminated or what...I have never heard of such a policy that u can’t look at more than a couple beads at a time...if I didn’t need to buy a bead that day as a gift, I would have walked out and never returned again!!
