The sales associates were pleasant and welcoming. They helped my with some of the new product I’ve been interested in and learning more about it.

I came into the store to purchase something to commemorate my baby who we miscarried the week prior. The sales associate did not know this, but was extremely nice and friendly. I was able to pick something I will cherish for a long time.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. We were looking in cases of items on display to find my size in rings. Exceptional customer service!

Number one was the excellent customer service - Lyndsey was personable, patient and delightful to converse with. Second was the ease of meandering the store - very clean, not crowded and easy to view the beads. Third has nothing to do with the store, but I went with my 12 year old to start her first bracelet and I loved spending time with her. :o)
