I did an online order that was delivered to my home. I messed it up. I went to the store and the team there was AMAZING! They helped with my return/exchange/new purchase. They were great and she be recognized for being so amazing and kind and knowledgeable.

I love my Pandora bracelets, the charms are so detailed and beautiful! I’m excited for the next release. I enjoy collecting Disney pieces.

I went for a return and the friendly staff helped me purchase something different and still get me return processed.

I was standing online outside Pandora at Park City Mall in Lancaster, PA And when I finally reached up to the front of the line I asked if I could have my Pandora pieces cleaned I was told no because they were too busy come back after Sunday- so I still made my way into the store to use my gift card and purchase a ring for myself -the sales girl Amanda, said to me we typically won’t do this on a busy day but let me take care of that for you while you’re looking at the rings -now that’s customer service! The other lady who looked like a manager at the door really turned me off with her comment of returning, after I had stood on line -but overall the service once inside was great with Amanda who was just back from school break and helping the store out this Mother’s Day Weekend
