The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I had a charm in mind and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She also made suggestions as to what would compliment the charm I chose.

The sales person was exceptionally nice and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She also had suggestions of other products I might be interested in overall she really made my day.

Devin S was fantastic! He greeted us upon entering store and was not pushy. He knew the details about merchandise. He brought out specific things he thought we would like and informed us about upcoming arrivals. He was so pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He actually cared that we were there and had nice conversation. We purchased 2 charms and I am very happy with them. My Pandora experience was fantastic BECAUSE of Devin S!
