My daughter sent me a picture of a necklace she liked online from pandora. The sales assoc new it an was able to help me locate it quickly and showed other options as well. Pleased with experience.

I was greeted as I entered the store and asked if I was looking for something in particular or if they could help me in anyway. I told her what I was looking and she went right to that section and pulled out the options of rings for me to look at.

The sales associate that I had was the sweetest girl ever. I’ve been there times before but always wore the jewelry out. This time I wanted to feel “fancy” and she made sure I did with a box, a bag and tissue. It’s normal obviously but it was so cute and fun.
