Store was very well lit which made looking at the merchandise so much easier. The selection was more than we expected and we had all the time we needed to peruse. Also the customer service was incredible and very informative of the product.

Overall great shopping experience.

As soon as I walked in the store manager immediately acknowledged me and came over to help. She was able to guess the clip I was looking for from the very poor description I had since I didn't have my bracelet. As soon as I asked about the Alice in Wonderland charms she had the Disney tray out and ready for me to look at it plus she showed me some of the new stuff to look forward too. My favorite part is she wasn't pushy to get me to buy more than what I planned but was still excited to show me the new items that came in along with what is to come.

Great place i always find something to buy there and the staff is very friendly.love all the pieces they have .and there’s always something to buy for my self or sone I love.i walked out a happycustomer. Plus a gift for someone. Can’t wait to go back and find something else o buy.

I went in to treat myself to 1 charm. Some charms had great prices($35,$40,$45) and before I knew it I was treating myself to 4 charms! Though there were some charms I wanted that were sold out, I was able to find others that I was interested in. Devin was such a great salesman!! He was easy to talk with, never seemed bothered by my ever changing mind. He’d check stock for every charm I asked about and never once did I feel I was wasting his time. Thanks Devin! I’ll be back for my second bracelet soon ;)
