First time there getting one for my bday from my sister. Love 💘 everything i look at. Wanted to buy everything in the store.

Easy exchange. Even though I lost my receipt they were able to locate my original purchase through my email. No problems and very friendly associates.

Maddie was wonderful:) She got my cousin and I in and out of the store quickly meeting all of our needs & was super friendly! Also made sure we felt safe in the store while shopping :)

The sales person was very helpful with finding the charms that I had photos of to complete my order. She also engaged in conversation and not just trying to sell me items

I was waited on with promptness, highly informative and in a friendly manner. Salesperson spent time explaining my inquiries and was very knowledgeable. Plus, very patient while showing the merchandise and my indecisions, about which product I should perchise.

Sales associate was very nice and accommodating but she had a hard time locating what I wanted. Some things were labeled incorrectly and took a few times going through things to find what I wanted. She knew it was in the store but whoever stocked/stored extra product didn’t do a good job.

Devin is always so helpful and patient. He allows me to look at everything I want without feeling rushed. He always finds a way to introduce me to a few items I didn't even know I needed! Always great customer service at this store!!

The staff was very friendly, she was very patient and showed a vast variety of items to choose from. She store was very clean and organized.
