I received a ring as a present for Christmas and unfortunately it was the wrong size. Shelly from the Park City Mall Pandora store is more than helpful. She has sold me 3 different rings now and I will only buy from this store! So friendly and inviting. She has an awesome spunk ands fun personality that makes the experience the best. Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly and eager staff. I had my 2 young daughters with me and the staff was sure to engage them and even brought out stickers for them. As a parent, it means a lot when staff go out of their way to engage my children. The gentleman who checked me out knew exactly what I wanted with me giving him a description in a few short words. I was very impressed and will definitely return to this location which is actually further than the location that’s in my nearest mall. I’ll go out of my way for great service!
