Shelby and the team assisted my mother and I during a visit to the Lancaster location. I was shopping for matching items to make a set to wear to my best friend's wedding. Shelby was curious, professional, and just so lovely to talk to. One of her team members cleaned my bracelet while I was in and made it SPARKLE. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name as well but she was wonderful too!
