We were welcomed instantly. Employees were very helpful, and caring. We got in and out we didn’t have to wait very long.

The sales associate Glenda at the Park City Mall Lancaster PA was professional, courteous and delight to do business with. She was kind enough to put aside all items my significant other showed interest while shopping together. I return later by myself to purchase items so to surprise my significant other and she had items ready to go and was very insightful on adding to the Pandora bracelet collection

We had to return something that didnt work with our bracelet. There was no questions asked. We werr able to get what we needed right away

The sales associate that helped me was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and kind. The ring I originally wanted was not in the store, but she showed me other options that I loved.

I got to the pandora store and there was a line outside and once we got up to the front there was still gonna be a fairly decent wait. So the sale associate Devin helped us get the ring I already had in mind for what I wanted. He sized my finger and told me what size would be best for my finger and I then purchased the ring.
