The sales associate - Sidney was great to work with. Though she was training, she did a great job. The person helping her learn, I believe was Alexa, was fantastic as well. Very patient. Provided some tips, but stepped back to let Sidney learn through experience. Merchandise was readily available. No extra upselling.

I shopped at the Lancaster, Pa Park City Mall store and was assisted by Theresa. She was awesome, was very patient while I sorted through rings and was very encouraging givong compliments while I excitingly tried them on. I will be shopping here in the future as I begin to build my jewelry box to hand off to my daughter some day.

The people were very friendly. The staff also seemed concerned for the public’s safety. And the charms are always interesting.
