I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience, because of the customer service. The sales associate that helped me was super nice and knew had to help, she was amazing!

I loved working with Jomaris, Devin, and Alexa to pick out my bracelet! They are so nice and such amazing Pandora employees!

The manager was very friendly and goal oriented. She asked me if I was browsing or if I already knew what I wanted. I told her I wanted a snake charm and she knew immediately that they were in the pop up store. She walked me right over there and left me with an associate. They had the offer completed in minutes! I was amazed. Thank you!

I walked in, told the sales person (Yomaris S) what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about! Went to get it, showed the necklace to me, allowed me to try it on! Loved it! She packaged it beautifully and we were on our way!
