I spoke with Devin on the phone about an issue with a new piece of jewelry, he was very helpful on the phone and instructed me to come into the store to further assist me. Maddie helped me while in the store and I even purchased another charm while there. Both Maddie and Devin were both super friendly and professional.

I’d never been inside of a Pandora before but had seen some pretty stuff window shopping as I strolled by. Was looking for a birthday gift to include some jewelry and wanted to check the store out. I was soo glad to see all of the precautions being taken to protect the staff and shoppers during the covid-19 pandemic. Also; our sales associate Shelby was very friendly, engaging and happy to be at work. My kind of gal! Great customer service!
