Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They cleaned after every custom! The wait wasn’t to long outside the store!

I also enjoy being taken care of by Devin. He is always very knowledgeable and he has amazing customer service skills. I plan on coming back for the promotion and purchasing from him again!

They were very clean. Made sure masks were worn properly. But the girls are always so snotty to us every time we go in. It's like they don't think we have the money to shop there. And I own 18 full pandora bracelets. Normally I give all my business to my local pandora jewelry store cause they treat me like family. But I was traveling to my sisters and decided to pick up a bead at the mall that was sold out at my local store

Very pleasant sales rep by the name of Maddi/Madison, who was very informative and helpful. I went in with intentions of purchasing a single charm, and she definitely recommended great pieces and other items that made me leave with a bracelet, and two charms! Great employee and fantastic service!

Maddie was amazing. She went above and beyond what I needed. I walked out of there with a jewelry cleaner because I needed it, but also because she completely sold me on it without trying.
