Pandora Jewelry

I was in the store 2 weeks prior and they did not have the regular Lilo and Stitch charm in stock. The sales associate was more than happy to check another store for stock availability and ordered it in for me. I needed this for my daughters birthday by 2/3/20 and I received a call on Wed 1/30/20 that my charm came in. I went on Sunday to pick it up and Donna was very nice to deal with. She found my charm rang me up and i was out of the store quickly. My daughter was shopping in another store and I was able to get my transaction done before she found me. This store is always very busy when I go in. They could probably use help with assisting other customers. I did see one couple leave because no one was able to assist them. A bigger location would help too. The store gets very crowded and it is hard to move around. From the size and lights it is also very warm in the store when it is filled with customers.

i got wrong info from customer service and Madison and Maddie ans Shelby helped me out and handled my situation. The sales ladies took it upon themselves to make sure I got my product. The store I went to is located at Park city Lancaster Pennsylvania. Those ladies provided excellent customer service and really cared about my feelings and making me happy I’m glad they work there. Even when they thought at first they couldn’t help me they were very patient and very kind and ended up helping me out by exchanging my ring those ladies are awesome

I love the customer service. I was spoken to when I first entered the store. I love the way the store is organized and how bright the store is.

It was clear that Shelby, the store manager, knew her stuff and was willing to do whatever it took to help me. Even though it took trying on a couple of bracelets, she helped me find what I was looking for. Shelby, and the other employee working that night, were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Manager was awesome and very helpful!
