A man named Devin helped me. I was looking all over for a remembrance piece for my recent ex fiance who passed away a week prior to the day. I broke down many times in the store and he always kept a smile on his face and kept me focused. I wasn't quite sure what to put on the bracelet, but when he got the idea of what I was looking for, he said "I be the perfect thing for you" he put together his first initial, an angel wing with the tiniest gold heart, and his birth stone (emerald). He was patient with me when I couldn't figure out what band to get but when I saw it on the black leather I knew that my Jimmy would have loved it. Devin did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough for helping me smile on that day.

The workers were super nice and welcoming. They educated me a lot on my bracelet that i didnt know about. She recommended different types of charms and showed me the clearance ones as well.

Customer service was fast and very helpful. The item I was looking for was in stock. Management was on task and making sure employees were helpful and kind.

The salesperson that I had was Maddie at the Pandora store in Park City Lancaster Pa & she was very friendly & compassionate with me because I was buying a pet charm, since I recently lost my dog!! It made the experience so much better having Maddie there to help me thru the process!!

My sales lady Shelby was great ! She showed me many options for the perfect gift I was looking for. I also mention my love for unicorns and she went above & beyond to find Bruno the unicorn for me, She took it off the display just for me to see it. She also informed me of the new ME collection coming out in October which I’m super excited for !!!!

I was satisfied with my experience at Pandora because I went in looking for a specific limited edition ring. Devin, the associate who helped me, was able to locate the ring from another store and get it delivered to the store at Park City. He's always been an associate I shop with and was able to show me new pieces that fit my taste perfectly.
