Devin welcomed me into the store, showed me the new collection (which is what I went to the store to see), and helped me find pieces that work with my personal fashion style. He made suggestions based on my style and what he thought I might like. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you, Devin!

for starters, the sales representative was very nice and pleasant. we knew what we wanted and she was able to find it with no trouble. she also made us aware of other items for future purchase.

I had called to hold a bracelet and charms for on it. 2 people were working when I arrived. The person I spoke with was with a customer at the time. The other employee took over with that customer so she could help me. They valued my time and I appreciated that!

It was a very nice store, we were traveling and wanted to get there exclusive charm for that area. The only problem I had was it was too hot in the store.

My experience started last night with Jeaneysa on the phone over a necklace I received for Christmas that broke. She was extremely friendly and very informative about the jewelry and within seconds had my account pulled up with the purchase information. I stopped in tonight and was lucky enough to meet Jeaneysa who again was very friendly and in seconds had my necklace exchanged and discussed the sale that was going on so I can send my husband in to get my birthday present. She was also very knowledgeable with what weight the jewelry can handle and knowing what new charms would be coming. I have always liked my Pandora shopping experiences because they make it so easy even my husband enjoys going in to pick out charms.

Shelby is an excellent help in showing selections and guiding you through that process. She is extremely professional and helpful.
