I was satisfied with my experience because it was my first time at the Park City location and Katelynn was very patient with me. I came in to buy the Pandora Reflexions Bracelet, and got what i wanted. I only bought one charm that day. And she told me that they will be coming out with more charms so i decided that i’ll wait to come back for more. She explained the one year warranty about the charms of my bracelet, and she also told me that they do cleaning services for free! So yes, i was highly satisfied and will be coming back to get more charms. Thanks Pandora!
